It takes an average of 1 hour to open the channels where the hair follicles will be placed. Channel opening is the most important stage of hair transplantation. First, the front hairline is drawn. With the drawing process, the area where the channels will be opened is anesthetized painlessly and painlessly with a pressurized anesthesia device. Channel opening is started from the front hairline area and progressed towards the back lines. The diameter, direction and depth of the channels to be opened in the front hairline area are very important. Personal channel openers must be used. The way to achieve a natural appearance in hair transplantation is through a correct channel opening. The direction of the channels to be opened must be in the direction of the existing hair. Channels suitable for the diameter of single hair follicles must be opened on the front hairline. The process of transferring the hair follicles to the opened channels takes an average of 3 hours. This period varies depending on the number of transplanted hair follicles. After the single hair follicles are planted on the front line, the previously classified double and triple hair follicles are placed on the back lines.
